Co-founder of FinPR - industry leader in financial PR. In 2013 he became a co-founder of the Ukrainian Stream social journalism project. Since the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity he has become the organizer and producer of the online TV channel UKRSTREAM.TV with an audience of two billion views of online video broadcasts around the world, later became a volunteer, volunteer, and eventually became a soldier. In 2020 he returned to work as a producer.

Has a diploma of mediator in the sphere of creative industries (commercial mediation; HK Akademie, Munchen und Oberbayern, «MEDIATION e.V. (ВМ)»). Liliya has 20 years’ experience working in international multicultural environment. Since 2008 working in business (Leroy Merlin, Molokiia, Agromat, Ascania Croup) as a top-executive. Supports children architectural festival “ArchiKidz”.

From the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity he founded the charity organization "Future of Ukraine" and became a famous volunteer. Co-producer of the children's animated series "Barviki". Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, he has been one of the leaders in Ukrainian humanitarian aid at THE OXFORD FOUNDATION. An artist whose paintings are exhibited in museums in Ukraine.

A producer of the documentary “Olherd Ippolit Bochkovskyi. Indomitable Spark of Burning Fire of National Consciousness” 2018. In 1995-2020 was a producer and director at different TV channels and companies such as: IMC Internews, STUDIO 1+1, ICTV, Novy TV channel, TVi. Currently works as CEO at Espreso TV channel. Since 2012 a member of the Ukrainian Television Academy.

Co-founded UKR.STREAM as a video streaming social platform in 2013. Software developer & entrepreneur with extensive experience in the fields of video streaming/processing and AI/ML.

Founder and producer of Production and Post Production Studios Ltd. LEMMA (Kyiv, Ukraine). The largest recording studio in Ukraine, TOP-3 studios in the CIS (2006-2008). Pioneer of the dubbing market in Ukraine. Dubbing films for Universal Studios, Paramount Pictures, Dream Works. Former General Director of the GogolFEST Festival of Culture and Arts (2009-2012). Partner of the International Film Festival MOLODIST (2008-2011). Since 1999 he has held senior positions in major international companies.
